Privacy policy
Effective November 8, 2026. This notice describes the Google-connected Wilbert Drive Sync workflows maintained for private owner use.
Information accessed
When the account owner grants OAuth permissions, the relevant integration may access the authorized Google account's files or document metadata, YouTube channel identity, playlist information, channel or playlist analytics, and other reporting information necessary to perform the selected workflow. Access depends on the actual scopes granted. We do not request public visitors to connect a Google account through this page.
How information is used
Authorized data is used for owner-requested backup, file synchronization, operational reporting, channel or playlist management where separately authorized, and verification of these workflows. Google user data is not used to target advertisements or create third-party marketing profiles.
Storage and security
Workflows may store needed configuration, authorization credentials, and reports in owner-controlled infrastructure or connected services, including Google Workspace and hosting infrastructure. Access credentials are handled as protected configuration rather than publicly displayed. No internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security.
Sharing and retention
Information is processed by the connected services and infrastructure required for the authorized task. We do not sell Google user data. Operational records may be retained as needed for the workflow or until the owner deletes them. Revoking Google access stops future authorized API access through that grant, but does not automatically erase previously created reports or backups.
Control and deletion
The account owner can revoke connected app permissions from Google Account connections. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of data held by these workflows, contact william@gayhart.org.
